Terms & Conditions
1. This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for meteorological consulting services rendered in Accra, Ghana, by the undersigned Meteorologist. All services were performed in accordance with the terms of Contract Ref: AMWSC/MET/2025/031.
2. The Meteorologist reserves all intellectual property rights over the methodologies, models, and analytical frameworks used in producing the deliverables. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the reports and data for internal operational planning purposes within the Greater Accra Region.
3. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1998 (Act 562) of the Republic of Ghana.
4. This invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Meteorologist reserves the right to reissue the invoice with updated tax calculations as per the prevailing Ghana Revenue Authority regulations.
5. All meteorological data and forecasts provided under this engagement are for advisory purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of specific weather conditions. The Meteorologist shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the client's reliance on the provided information.
