Terms & Conditions – Meteorologist Service Agreement (Iran Tehran)
- This Invoice constitutes the final billing statement for all meteorological services rendered by the undersigned Meteorologist to the client for the contract period specified above, covering the Iran Tehran metropolitan region and its surrounding Alborz foothill zones.
- All forecasts, analyses, and reports issued by the Meteorologist are advisory in nature and do not constitute guarantees of specific weather outcomes. The Meteorologist shall not be held liable for operational decisions made by the client based on forecast data.
- Confidentiality: All atmospheric data, proprietary models, and client-specific reports shared during the engagement remain the intellectual property of the Meteorologist unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service contract shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center (TIAC), Iran Tehran.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Meteorologist reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated exchange-rate adjustments if payment has not been received.
- The Meteorologist is licensed and registered with the Iranian Meteorological Organization (IRIMO) and holds a valid professional practice certificate for the Tehran province.
