Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement dated 15 April 2025 between Atmospheric Sciences & Meteorological Consulting Ltd. (the Meteorologist's firm) and the Mediterranean Coastal Development Authority. All meteorological services described herein were performed by a licensed Meteorologist registered with the Israel Meteorological Service and the Israeli Council for Meteorological Consulting.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details listed above. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-TLV-0487 in all correspondence.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with Israeli commercial law.
- The Meteorologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing meteorological monitoring services if payment is not received within fifteen (15) days past the due date.
- All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Meteorologist and the consulting firm unless otherwise stated in the master services agreement.
- This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice.
Important Note: The meteorological assessments and forecasts provided by the Meteorologist are based on the best available scientific data and models at the time of preparation. While the Meteorologist exercises the highest professional standards, weather and climate predictions inherently carry uncertainty. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of specific weather outcomes. The client acknowledges this limitation as stated in Section 7 of the master agreement.
