The Invoice reference number MKY-2025-04782 must be included in the transfer memo. Late payments on this Invoice will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japan Kyoto commercial invoicing regulations. The Meteorologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing Japan Kyoto weather advisory services until this Invoice is paid in full.
