Invoice Terms, Conditions & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Dr. Ahmed Al-Rashidi, a licensed and certified Meteorologist operating under the regulatory framework of the State of Kuwait, for professional meteorological and atmospheric science services rendered in and around Kuwait Kuwait City. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the standards set by the Kuwait Meteorological Department and international meteorological best practices.
- Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Kuwaiti commercial law.
- The Meteorologist retains full intellectual property rights over all proprietary models, algorithms, and analytical methodologies developed during the engagement. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for internal operational purposes within Kuwait Kuwait City municipal and governmental functions.
- All meteorological data, forecasts, and advisory reports referenced in this Invoice are provided on a best-effort basis. The Meteorologist shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the inherent uncertainties of atmospheric prediction.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
