1. All meteorological data, forecasts, and advisory reports delivered under this Invoice are the intellectual property of Atmospheric Sciences & Weather Advisory Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
2. The Meteorologist services described herein were performed in full compliance with the Malaysian Meteorological Service Act 1966 (Act 336) and all applicable regulations of the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur meteorological authority.
3. This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of services rendered. Any disputes regarding the scope or quality of Meteorologist services must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date.
4. All rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of the Meteorologist's professional fees, travel within Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, and standard equipment usage. Additional travel to locations outside the Klang Valley will be billed separately.
5. This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) e-Invoice guidelines effective from 1 July 2025.
