Payment Terms & Instructions
This invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial agreement between Atmósfera MX Meteorological Consulting and Construcciones del Valle S.A. de C.V. for meteorological services rendered in Mexico City, Mexico.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer (SPEI) to BBVA México, Account No. 0123-4567-8901, CLABE: 012180001234567890.
- Due Date: Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the date of issue (July 15, 2025).
- Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month (or fraction thereof) will be applied to overdue balances, in compliance with Mexican commercial law (Código de Comercio).
- Currency: All amounts are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN / DOP).
- Tax Documentation: A CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) will be issued upon receipt of payment and made available via the SAT portal.
