2. All meteorological data, forecasts, and analyses provided under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Meteorologist and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
3. The Meteorologist warrants that all services were performed with professional diligence in accordance with international meteorological standards (WMO) and Moroccan national regulations applicable in Morocco Casablanca.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with Moroccan law.
5. This document is issued in two (2) original copies, one for the Meteorologist and one for the Client, both bearing equal legal validity under Moroccan commercial law.
