- This Invoice is issued by Dr. Aung Kyaw Min, a licensed Meteorologist registered with the Myanmar Meteorological Department, operating from Yangon, Myanmar. All meteorological data, forecasts, and analyses referenced in this Invoice were produced by the Meteorologist or under the Meteorologist's direct professional supervision.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall incur an interest charge of 2% per month as stipulated under Myanmar commercial law.
- All meteorological forecasts and advisory reports delivered under this Invoice are provided as professional scientific estimates. The Meteorologist in Myanmar Yangon shall not be held liable for decisions made by the client based solely on the forecast data, though all analyses are conducted to the highest standard of meteorological science.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Myanmar National Bank, Yangon Central Branch, Account Name: Dr. Aung Kyaw Min, Account No: 001-456-789-012. Please reference Invoice No. MYA-MET-2025-0047 on all remittances.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Meteorologist reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates reflecting current market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
- All intellectual property rights to the meteorological models, data sets, and analytical reports produced by the Meteorologist remain with the Meteorologist. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the reports for internal operational purposes within Myanmar Yangon only.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
