Notes & Terms of This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Atmospheric Sciences Nepal Pvt. Ltd. for professional meteorological services rendered by the designated Meteorologist to the Nepal Meteorological Department, Kathmandu. All services were performed in accordance with the terms of the Service Agreement No. NMD/SA/2025/0112 dated 20 May 2025.
The Meteorologist confirms that all data, analyses, and reports submitted under this Invoice are original, accurate, and prepared in compliance with the standards set by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the Nepal Meteorological Department's operational guidelines.
Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Nepal's prevailing commercial regulations. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
All intellectual property rights pertaining to the meteorological analyses, forecasts, and advisory documents delivered under this engagement remain with the Nepal Meteorological Department upon full settlement of this Invoice.
