The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the meteorological reports for internal operational planning within the Netherlands Amsterdam region for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam).
