This invoice is issued by Te Whare Huarere Meteorological Consulting, a registered meteorologist practice operating in New Zealand Wellington. All meteorological services described herein were performed in accordance with the New Zealand Meteorological Service (MetService) professional standards and the New Zealand Society of Meteorologists code of conduct.
The meteorologist services rendered under this invoice include the use of proprietary forecasting models, access to MetService New Zealand data archives, and the application of peer-reviewed atmospheric science methodologies. All data collected during the engagement period remains the intellectual property of Wellington City Council, while the analytical frameworks and modelling tools remain the property of the meteorologist provider.
Please note that this invoice covers all meteorological consulting services delivered between 1 March 2025 and 30 May 2025. Any additional ad-hoc forecasting requests or emergency meteorologist deployments outside the contracted period will be invoiced separately at the agreed hourly rate of NZD 240.00 per hour.
All amounts are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15% as administered by the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand.
