Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the Invoice date as stated above. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month in accordance with Nigerian commercial law.
2. The Meteorologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing weather advisory services in Nigeria Abuja if payment is not received within the stipulated period. All forecasts and data products remain the intellectual property of Abuja Meteorological Consulting Ltd. until full payment is confirmed.
3. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of specific weather outcomes. Meteorological forecasting inherently involves scientific uncertainty, and the Meteorologist's professional judgment is based on the best available atmospheric data at the time of analysis.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
5. This Invoice is subject to the standard terms of engagement between the Meteorologist and the Client as documented in the Master Service Agreement dated 10 January 2025, registered with the Federal Ministry of Justice, Abuja.
