- This Invoice is issued by Atmospheric Sciences & Weather Advisory (Pvt.) Ltd., a registered Meteorologist consulting firm operating out of Karachi, Pakistan, in compliance with the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) licensing regulations.
- All Meteorologist services rendered under this Invoice were conducted in accordance with the standards set by the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) guidelines for port weather advisory.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the Pakistan Banking Regulations.
- The Meteorologist assigned to this engagement, Dr. Sana Khalid, holds a valid PMD Practicing Meteorologist License (License No. PMD-KHI-2023-0456) and is registered with the Pakistan Meteorological Society, Karachi Chapter.
- All weather data, forecasts, and advisories referenced in this Invoice were generated using instruments calibrated and verified by the Pakistan Meteorological Department, Karachi Regional Office, located at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Any services not rendered or cancelled by the client prior to the service date shall be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
