Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, i.e., on or before July 15, 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: BDO Unibank, Inc., Account Name: Atmospheric Sciences & Weather Advisory Inc., Account No. 0012-3456-7890-001, Branch: Makati City, Philippines Manila.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Philippine Civil Code and the terms of the Service Agreement (Contract No. PIDS-2025-0091).
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) is included as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Philippines.
- The 10% withholding tax has been deducted as required under the Philippine Tax Code for professional services rendered by a Meteorologist.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the charges herein.
Additional Notes
This Invoice covers all meteorological and weather advisory services rendered by Dr. Alejandro R. Villanueva, a duly licensed Meteorologist registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines, for the month of May 2025. All services were performed in compliance with the Philippine Meteorological Society (PMS) code of ethics and the standards set by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
The Meteorologist confirms that all data, forecasts, and advisory reports referenced in this Invoice were generated using calibrated instruments and validated against official PAGASA station data for the Philippines Manila region. The client is advised to retain all supporting documentation for their records and for potential audit purposes by the Commission on Audit (COA) or the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
