This Invoice is issued by Atmospheric Sciences Consultancy LLC, a registered professional services firm operating in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law of the State of Qatar (Law No. 11 of 2015) and the VAT Law of Qatar (Law No. 27 of 2018).
- All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports provided by the Meteorologist under this Invoice are proprietary intellectual property of Atmospheric Sciences Consultancy LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
- The Meteorologist's forecasts and advisories are provided as professional guidance based on available atmospheric data and established meteorological models. They do not constitute guarantees of specific weather outcomes.
- All services rendered in Qatar Doha and its surrounding offshore areas are subject to the regulations of the Qatar Meteorological and Environmental Authority (QMEA) and the Ministry of Transport and Urban Planning.
- This Invoice covers services rendered exclusively during the period of 1 May 2025 through 31 May 2025. Any additional services requested outside this period will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval.
- The Meteorologist is fully insured under a professional liability policy (Policy No: PL-2025-778899) covering all operations conducted within the State of Qatar.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC) in Doha, in accordance with its rules of procedure.
By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all meteorological deliverables listed above and confirms that the services provided by the Meteorologist met the agreed-upon scope and quality standards as defined in the Master Service Agreement dated 1 January 2025.
