- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the terms of Contract No. RSCDA-MET-2025-031 and the applicable regulations of the Saudi Meteorological Authority (SMA) governing the practice of Meteorology in Saudi Arabia.
- All meteorological data, models, and reports delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Al-Musammet Meteorological Consulting until full payment is received. Upon settlement, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the data for internal planning purposes within Jeddah and the Makkah region.
- The Meteorologist and support team shall comply with all data protection requirements under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) when handling any personally identifiable information collected during on-site measurements.
- Weather forecasts and advisories provided under this Invoice are professional meteorological assessments based on available data and scientific models. They do not constitute guarantees of specific atmospheric outcomes. The Meteorologist exercises all reasonable professional judgement in line with international meteorological standards (WMO).
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Jeddah Commercial Court in Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules.
- This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments.
