- This Invoice covers all professional Meteorologist services rendered between 1 April 2025 and 31 May 2025 within the administrative boundaries of Senegal Dakar, including the Dakar Plateau, the coastal strip, and the adjacent agricultural zones.
- The Meteorologist, Dr. Awa Ndiaye, is registered with the Senegalese National Meteorological Agency (ANM) under license number ANM-MET-2018-0093 and holds a valid professional practice certificate for the Senegal Dakar jurisdiction.
- All forecasts, models, and advisory products referenced in this Invoice were generated using data from the Dakar International Airport (DSS) observation station, the ANM network, and the Meteorologist's proprietary satellite-derived datasets calibrated specifically for the Senegal Dakar climatic conditions.

1. 2. All intellectual property rights in the forecasts, models, reports, and advisory documents delivered under this Invoice remain the property of the Meteorologist and Dakar Meteorological Consulting Ltd. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for internal risk-management purposes within Senegal Dakar.
3. The Meteorologist shall not be held liable for any consequential losses arising from the inherent uncertainty of atmospheric prediction. All forecasts are probabilistic in nature, and the Meteorologist's advisory in Senegal Dakar is provided as a decision-support tool, not as a guarantee of specific weather outcomes.
