Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by a licensed Meteorologist operating under the Meteorological Society of Singapore Singapore professional registration. All meteorological data, forecasts, and advisory services referenced in this Invoice comply with the standards set forth by the Meteorological Service Singapore Singapore (MSS).
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to: DBS Bank, Account Name: Tan Meteorological Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., Account Number: 012-345678-9, SWIFT: DBSSSGSG. Please reference Invoice Number INV-SG-2025-04871 in all correspondence.
3. The Meteorologist services described herein are provided on a professional consultancy basis. All meteorological assessments, risk analyses, and weather advisories are based on the best available atmospheric data and scientific methodology at the time of service delivery in Singapore Singapore. The Meteorologist does not guarantee specific weather outcomes but provides probability-based forecasting in accordance with international meteorological standards.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Meteorologist services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore or, at the client's election, to arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
5. Late payment on this Invoice shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Singapore Singapore law, whichever is lower, calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment.
6. The Meteorologist reserves the right to issue supplementary Invoices for any additional emergency deployment, after-hours consultation, or expedited reporting requested by the client beyond the scope defined in the original service agreement. All such supplementary Invoices will be issued within five (5) business days of the additional service delivery.
7. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the Meteorologist services rendered during the period of 01 June 2025 to 15 June 2025, inclusive of the quarterly retainer commencing 01 July 2025. No further charges will be incurred for the services listed above unless a written amendment to the service agreement is executed by both parties in Singapore Singapore.
