Important Notes & Terms

1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated March 1, 2025, between the Meteorologist (Dr. Hana Kim) and the Seoul Metropolitan Construction Authority for the provision of meteorological consulting services in South Korea Seoul.

2. All meteorological data, forecasts, and analyses referenced in this Invoice are prepared in compliance with the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) regulations and the South Korea Meteorological Act (Act No. 15822, as amended).

3. The Meteorologist warrants that all services rendered under this Invoice were performed with professional diligence, using calibrated instruments and validated numerical weather prediction models approved for use in South Korea Seoul.

4. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Issue Date stated above. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the South Korea Commercial Act.

5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the Issue Date. After this period, the Meteorologist reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable.

6. All intellectual property rights in the meteorological reports, models, and protocols delivered under this Invoice remain with the Meteorologist unless otherwise specified in the master Service Agreement.

7. For disputes arising from this Invoice, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Seoul, South Korea, before pursuing litigation in the Seoul Central District Court.
