Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Nile Meteorological Consulting Ltd. for professional Meteorologist services rendered in Sudan Khartoum during the period specified above. Payment of the full amount of 306,820.00 Sudanese Pounds (SDG) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Please reference Invoice No. NMC-2025-00847 on all payment remittances. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Sudanese commercial law. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue.

The Meteorologist, Dr. Fatima Hassan Ibrahim, confirms that all services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the professional standards of the Sudan Meteorological Authority and the regulatory framework governing meteorological practice in Sudan Khartoum. All data products, forecasts, and advisory documents delivered under this engagement are the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise stated in the original service agreement (Contract Ref: SMA/CON/2025/044).
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Meteorologist services rendered during the stated service period. No additional charges shall apply beyond the amounts itemized herein. Should the client require further meteorological consultation, extended forecasting, or additional fieldwork in Sudan Khartoum beyond the scope of this Invoice, a separate quotation and amended Invoice will be issued prior to the commencement of any additional work.
The Meteorologist reserves the right to publish anonymized aggregate findings from the research and data collection activities conducted under this engagement, subject to prior written approval from the Sudan Meteorological Authority.
