In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate of 5% per annum as defined under Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) shall apply. All disputes arising from this invoice shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich.
