Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers professional Meteorologist services rendered exclusively within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area and its immediate surrounding provinces during the stated service period. All meteorological data, forecasts, and advisory reports referenced herein are prepared in accordance with the standards set by the Thai Meteorological Department (TMD).
2. The Meteorologist services described in this Invoice include both fieldwork and analytical work. Any additional site visits, extended monitoring periods, or supplementary forecasting requests beyond the scope defined in Contract Ref TMD-BKK-2025-0318 will be invoiced separately at the agreed hourly rate of 4,500 THB per hour.
3. All meteorological reports and data deliverables associated with this Invoice are the intellectual property of Atmospheric Sciences & Weather Advisory Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent, except as required for official Thailand Bangkok government planning purposes.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If payment has not been received by the due date, the Meteorologist services team will suspend all ongoing monitoring and advisory operations until the outstanding balance is cleared.
