Payment Terms & Conditions

- Late payments are subject to a statutory interest charge of 1.5% per month as per Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) Article 30.
- All meteorological data and reports delivered under this invoice remain the intellectual property of Dr. Elif Kaya and Atmosfer Meteoroloji Danışmanlık A.Ş. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) electronic invoicing regulations (e-Fatura / e-Arşiv Fatura).
