Notes and Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement signed between Kampala Meteorological Consultancy Ltd. and the Uganda National Agricultural Research Institute on 28 February 2025. All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports produced by the Meteorologist under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
The Meteorologist warrants that all atmospheric observations, climate analyses, and weather forecasts provided during the service period in Uganda Kampala were conducted in full compliance with the standards set by the Uganda National Meteorological Authority (UNMA) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) guidelines.
Any late payment on this Invoice shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Uganda Commercial Transactions Act. The Meteorologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing meteorological monitoring services in Uganda Kampala should payment remain overdue beyond thirty (30) days from the due date.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all meteorological services rendered during the period of 1 March 2025 to 31 May 2025. No additional charges shall be incurred unless a written amendment to the service agreement is executed by both parties.
