1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional meteorological consultancy services rendered by Dr. James A. Hartley, Lead Meteorologist, on behalf of Stratocast Meteorological Services Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08765432), with its principal place of business in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
2. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the professional standards set by the Royal Meteorological Society and the British Standards Institution (BS EN ISO 17025) for meteorological measurement and reporting.
3. The Meteorologist warrants that all data collected, analyses performed, and forecasts issued were conducted with due professional care and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
5. Stratocast Meteorological Services Ltd. reserves the right to suspend ongoing meteorological monitoring services in the event of non-payment beyond the stipulated thirty-day period, subject to fourteen (14) days' written notice.
