This Invoice is issued by StormWatch Meteorological Consulting, a registered meteorological services firm operating in Houston, United States, and is payable to the order of the company within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. The Meteorologist services rendered under this Invoice are governed by the Master Service Agreement dated March 1, 2025, between the parties.

- Late Payment: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance remaining unpaid after the due date of July 15, 2025, in accordance with Texas Business & Commerce Code Section 2.105.
- Scope of Services: All meteorological analyses, forecasts, and advisory products referenced in this Invoice were prepared by a licensed Meteorologist and are intended solely for the operational use of Gulf Coast Energy Partners LLC. Redistribution of the Meteorologist's proprietary modeling data without written consent is prohibited.
- Liability: While the Meteorologist exercises the highest professional standards in all atmospheric science work performed in the Houston, United States region, no guarantee of weather outcomes is implied. This Invoice covers professional consulting services only and does not constitute insurance coverage.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Harris County, Houston, United States, in accordance with the governing law of the State of Texas.
