Terms, Conditions & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Dr. Elena Vasquez, a licensed and certified Meteorologist operating in the United States Los Angeles area, in accordance with the professional services agreement dated April 1, 2025, between the Meteorologist and Pacific Coast Media Group, Inc. All services described in this Invoice were performed in the state of California, United States, and are subject to California professional services regulations.
- Payment Due: The full amount of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. A 2% early payment discount applies if the total is remitted within ten (10) days of the Invoice date.
- Payment Method: Please remit payment via ACH transfer, wire transfer, or certified check. Bank details: First Republic Bank, Los Angeles Branch, Account No. 4471-8829-003, Routing No. 121000248. Reference the Invoice number INV-2025-LA-04872 on all remittances.
- Late Payment: Overdue balances on this Invoice will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in compliance with California Commercial Code Section 2202. The Meteorologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services until all outstanding Invoice balances are settled in full.
- Scope of Work: All Meteorologist services rendered under this Invoice were completed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the master services agreement. Any additional work requested by the client beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately via a supplemental Invoice.
- Confidentiality: All meteorological data, forecast models, and proprietary analyses provided by the Meteorologist to the client remain the intellectual property of the Meteorologist unless otherwise stated in writing. The client may use the data for internal operational purposes within the United States Los Angeles region for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through mediation in Los Angeles County, California, United States, in accordance with the California Uniform Arbitration Act.
- Refund Policy: Services already rendered and documented in this Invoice are non-refundable. Partial credit may be considered only in cases of documented service failure, subject to written approval by the Meteorologist.
