Invoice Notes & Meteorological Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Atmósfera Pro Meteorological Consulting in Venezuela Caracas for professional meteorological services rendered by a licensed Meteorologist. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the contractual agreement CON-2025-0891 signed on May 20, 2025, between the parties identified above.
- The Meteorologist, Dr. Alejandro Hernández, holds a Master of Science in Atmospheric Sciences from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and is registered with the professional regulatory body in Venezuela Caracas.
- All meteorological data collected and analyzed for this Invoice pertains exclusively to the Venezuela Caracas metropolitan area and its immediate surroundings, including the municipalities of Chacao, Baruta, El Hatillo, Sucre, and Los Teques.
- Payment for this Invoice shall be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account specified below, or in the equivalent amount in Venezuelan Bolívares (VES) at the official BCV exchange rate on the date of payment.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% as stipulated in the service agreement.
- The Meteorologist guarantees the accuracy and professional integrity of all forecasts, assessments, and reports delivered under this Invoice. However, meteorological predictions are inherently probabilistic, and no guarantee of absolute forecast accuracy is implied.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for meteorological professional services rendered in Venezuela Caracas. The Meteorologist's services are governed by the terms of Contract CON-2025-0891 and applicable Venezuelan commercial law.
2. The client acknowledges that the Meteorologist operates as an independent professional consultant in Venezuela Caracas and is not an employee or agent of the client corporation.
3. All intellectual property rights to meteorological reports, analyses, and proprietary forecasting methodologies developed by the Meteorologist remain the sole property of Atmósfera Pro Meteorological Consulting. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for internal operational purposes within Venezuela Caracas.
4. In the event of a dispute regarding this Invoice or the meteorological services described, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation in Venezuela Caracas before pursuing any legal action in the competent courts of the state of Miranda, Venezuela.
5. This Invoice must be presented to the client's accounting department in Venezuela Caracas within the payment window. The Meteorologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the due date indicated above.
