Invoice Notes & Meteorologist Certification
This Invoice certifies that all meteorological services listed above were personally performed and supervised by Dr. Farai Chikafu, a registered Meteorologist with the Zimbabwe Meteorological Council (ZMCA), Registration No. ZMCA-2021-0093. All data collection, analysis, and reporting were conducted in full compliance with the Zimbabwe Meteorological Services Act (Chapter 20:12) and the operational standards set by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) for the Zimbabwe Harare region.
All raw atmospheric data, satellite composites, and model outputs referenced in this Invoice are archived at the Harare Atmospheric Sciences Ltd. facility and remain available for audit purposes for a period of five (5) years from the date of issue. The Meteorologist confirms that no conflicts of interest exist and that all findings are presented with full scientific integrity.
Should the client require any clarification regarding the meteorological methodologies employed, the Meteorologist is available for a follow-up consultation at no additional charge within thirty (30) days of this Invoice date.
Payment Terms & Instructions
Payment Due: Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to CBZ Bank, Harare Branch, Account Name: Harare Atmospheric Sciences Ltd., Account Number: 4401-7788-2233-01, Branch Code: 440100.
Currency: All amounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) in accordance with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) foreign currency regulations applicable to professional services rendered in Zimbabwe Harare.
Late Payment: A penalty interest of 2.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date as stipulated in the service agreement between the Meteorologist and ZIMSA.
