3. Scope of Services: This invoice covers private midwifery services provided in accordance with the professional standards set by the Colegio de Enfermería de Barcelona y Province. While the midwife provides comprehensive care, emergency medical interventions requiring obstetrician or surgical intervention are outside the scope of this agreement and will be handled by the appropriate hospital facilities in Barcelona.
4. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of services prior to the start of the antenatal care period, a 20% administrative fee applies. If services have commenced, all scheduled visits up to the date of cancellation are billed at the full rate.
5. Confidentiality: All personal health information and service details are kept strictly confidential in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection laws.
6. Jurisdiction: This agreement and invoice are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
