Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations and the Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 (as amended). All tax calculations reflect the prevailing rates in Bangladesh Dhaka as of June 2025.
2. All services rendered to the Military Officer under this Invoice are subject to the confidentiality clauses outlined in Contract No: DTA-CON-2025-0031. No portion of the training materials, security plans, or operational reports may be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the Military Officer.
3. Defence Training & Advisory Services Ltd. operates under the regulatory oversight of the Bangladesh Army Directorate of Training and the relevant civilian licensing authority in Dhaka. All personnel providing services to the Military Officer hold valid security clearances issued by the Bangladesh Army Headquarters, Dhaka.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 of Bangladesh. The jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka shall apply.
5. This Invoice must be retained by the Military Officer for a minimum period of seven (7) years as per Bangladesh tax documentation requirements. A digital copy has been sent to the registered email on file.
6. All equipment supplied under this Invoice remains the property of the Military Officer upon full payment. Maintenance and warranty terms are detailed in the separate equipment warranty certificate (Ref: EQ-WTY-2025-0089).
7. Defence Training & Advisory Services Ltd. reserves the right to audit service delivery records related to this Invoice within 90 days of the due date. The Military Officer agrees to provide reasonable access to relevant documentation upon 48-hour written notice.
