Payment Instructions & Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement dated April 1, 2025, between MacIntyre Defence Advisory Group Inc. and Montreal Metropolitan Security Consortium Ltd. All services were performed by a qualified Military Officer with over twenty-five years of active and reserve service in the Canadian Armed Forces, specializing in strategic security, operational planning, and interagency coordination within the Canada Montreal metropolitan region.
Payment Method: Electronic funds transfer (EFT) to MacIntyre Defence Advisory Group Inc., Bank of Montreal, Account No. 0045-2287-1, Transit 00450. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-MO-0472 on all remittances.
Overdue Payments: A late payment interest of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance not received by the due date of July 12, 2025, in compliance with the Quebec Civil Code and the federal Interest Act.
Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice must be communicated in writing to the undersigned Military Officer within ten (10) business days of the date of issue. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the charges as stated.
Confidentiality: All materials, reports, and data associated with this engagement are classified as proprietary and confidential. The client agrees to maintain the same level of security as would be applied to sensitive operational documents under Canadian national security protocols.
Applicable Jurisdiction: This Invoice and the underlying services agreement are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Canada.
