Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account designated by the Military Officer service provider. Remittance should reference Invoice Number INV-2025-VAN-MO-0047.
- All services described herein were performed by a qualified Military Officer holding active advisory credentials recognized under Canadian federal and provincial regulatory frameworks applicable to the Canada Vancouver region.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the British Columbia Interest Act and applicable commercial law in Canada Vancouver.
- The Military Officer reserves the right to suspend ongoing advisory services and withhold final deliverables until full payment of this Invoice is received and cleared.
- All intellectual property, including operational plans, training curricula, and strategic assessments produced under this engagement, remains the property of the Military Officer until full payment is confirmed.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Vancouver. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Vancouver, BC.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged during the scope of this Military Officer engagement is subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed on April 28, 2025, and remains in effect for a period of five (5) years.
