1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 01 April 2025 between the Military Officer (Colonel David R. Whitfield) and Shanghai Pacific Industrial Group Co., Ltd. for the provision of security consulting and training services within the jurisdiction of China Shanghai.
2. All services rendered by the Military Officer comply with the People's Republic of China Public Security Administration Punishments Law and relevant Shanghai municipal regulations governing private security operations.
3. The Military Officer holds a valid Foreign Expert Certificate (No. FEX-SH-2024-3312) issued by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, authorizing the provision of advisory and training services in China Shanghai.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice must be requested in writing by the client.
5. All intellectual property contained in the written security policy manual (Ref 05) remains the exclusive property of the Military Officer. The client is granted a non-transferable license for internal corporate use within China Shanghai only.
6. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration under the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
