  • This invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Colombian National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) and applies to services rendered within the jurisdiction of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
  • All services described herein were personally supervised and, where indicated, directly executed by the undersigned Military Officer, Brigadier General (Ret.) Carlos Andrés Mendoza Ríos, in his capacity as a licensed private security consultant registered with the Colombian Ministry of National Defense under Resolution No. 2024-08912.
  • Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the maximum rate established by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia for the applicable period.
  • The Military Officer warrants that all training materials, protocols, and strategic assessments delivered under this invoice comply with Colombian Law 1473 of 2011, Decree 1097 of 2015, and all applicable regulations of the Bogotá D.C. Secretariat of Security and Justice.
  • Confidentiality: All threat intelligence, security assessments, and operational plans provided to the client are classified as proprietary and confidential. Unauthorized disclosure is prohibited under the terms of the Master Service Agreement (MSA-2025-034) executed in Bogotá on January 15, 2025.
  • This invoice constitutes a valid tax document (factura electrónica) under the DIAN electronic invoicing regime. The corresponding XML file and digital signature are available upon request at [email protected].
  • For any disputes arising from this invoice, the parties agree to submit to the competent commercial courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Colombian Commercial Code.
