This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) e-Invoicing guidelines effective from 1 January 2025. Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for services rendered by the undersigned Military Officer and his team under contract reference FGS-2025-Q2-SEC.
- All services were performed in compliance with the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) advisory regulations and the Security Service Act 1974 (Act 154) as applicable to Malaysia Kuala Lumpur operations.
- The Military Officer warrants that all deliverables, including the operational doctrine document and training materials, remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- Confidentiality obligations under the Official Secrets Act 1972 (Act 111) continue to apply to all information exchanged during the engagement period in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2005 (Act 646).
