Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines applicable to professional services rendered in Nigeria Lagos. All tax calculations reflect the current fiscal year 2025/2026 rates.
2. The Military Officer named on this Invoice holds a valid security clearance (Level 4 – Secret) issued by the National Security Adviser's Office, Abuja, and is duly registered with the Nigerian Institute of Security Studies (NISS), Lagos Chapter.
3. All services described herein were performed within the jurisdiction of Nigeria Lagos and are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Military Service Act and the Lagos State Security Services Act.
4. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Military Officer may apply a late payment surcharge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
6. The client acknowledges that all tactical information, operational plans, and security assessments provided by the Military Officer are classified as CONFIDENTIAL and must not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization.
