Terms, Conditions & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is to be remitted via bank transfer to the account of the Military Officer's registered consultancy entity, Al-Rashid Security Advisory LLC, Riyadh Branch, IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519, Bank AlJazira, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
2. All services described herein were performed exclusively within the jurisdiction of Saudi Arabia Riyadh and are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Military Officer warrants that all personnel deployed under this engagement hold valid security clearances issued by the relevant Saudi authorities.
3. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Saudi Commercial Transactions Law. The client acknowledges that this Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of account for the services rendered during the period of 1 March 2025 through 31 May 2025.
4. The Military Officer reserves the right to withhold final deliverables, including the complete incident response manual and training certification records, until full payment of this Invoice has been confirmed in the consultancy's bank account.
5. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing requirements. A digital copy bearing a valid QR code has been transmitted to the client's registered email address for record-keeping and VAT input credit purposes.
