Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Military Officer services rendered in Singapore Singapore under Contract Reference MOD-OPS-2025-1192. All services were performed in accordance with the standards and protocols established by the Ministry of Defence, Republic of Singapore.
2. The Military Officer services described herein were delivered by personnel holding valid security clearances and professional certifications recognized within Singapore Singapore. All work products, reports, and training materials remain the intellectual property of the contracting authority.
3. Late payment on this Invoice shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date until the date of full settlement, in accordance with the Late Payment of Outstanding Debts Act applicable in Singapore Singapore.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The governing law for this Invoice and all associated Military Officer service agreements is the law of Singapore Singapore.
5. This Invoice is non-transferable and non-assignable. The Military Officer services listed are specific to the contracting entity and cannot be applied to any other account or procurement reference without written authorization.
6. Meridian Defence Consulting Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to issue a revised Invoice should any clerical error be identified within fourteen (14) days of the original issue date. The revised Invoice shall supersede the original document.
7. All Military Officer personnel engaged under this Invoice have been vetted and are in full compliance with the security and conduct regulations of Singapore Singapore. No sub-contracting of services was performed without prior written consent.
