Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with Royal Thai Armed Forces financial regulations and the Government of Thailand's public procurement guidelines. All services rendered pertain to the professional development, operational readiness, and administrative support of the named Military Officer within the Thailand Bangkok garrison command.
Payment is to be remitted via bank transfer to the Royal Thai Army Central Account, Bangkok Branch, within 30 calendar days from the issue date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the Thailand Bangkok military finance code.
All training and exercise services listed in this Invoice have been pre-approved by the Bangkok Garrison Commanding Officer and are subject to the standard Royal Thai Armed Forces service quality assurance protocols.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal financial record for all Military Officer services rendered in Thailand Bangkok during the period of 01 June 2025 to 15 June 2025. Any disputes regarding line items must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt of this Invoice.
2. The Military Officer named on this Invoice is responsible for verifying all charges before the due date. Failure to contest charges within the stipulated period shall be taken as acceptance of the Invoice in full.
3. All services conducted in Thailand Bangkok are governed by Thai military law and the applicable provisions of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Act. This Invoice does not constitute a contract for future services.
4. Confidentiality: All information contained in this Invoice, including the identity of the Military Officer, operational details, and financial figures, is classified as Restricted and must not be disclosed outside authorized Thailand Bangkok military channels.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice must be requested from the Bangkok Garrison Finance Office.
