Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) dated March 1, 2025, between Whitfield Defense Advisory Group and Meridian Pacific Technologies, Inc. Payment of the full Invoice amount of $57,083.32 USD is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than July 12, 2025.

Late payments are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under California law, whichever is less.
