1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Musician services rendered in Afghanistan Kabul during the period of 1 June 2025 through 12 June 2025. All services were performed by the undersigned Musician, Ahmad Karimi, in accordance with the written agreement dated 20 May 2025 between the Musician and the Kabul Cultural Arts Foundation.
2. The Musician warrants that all performances, workshops, and recordings described in this Invoice were delivered with professional skill, proper instrument preparation, and full compliance with the cultural and legal standards applicable in Afghanistan Kabul. No third-party intellectual property was infringed during the execution of these services.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date until the date of full settlement. The Musician reserves the right to suspend future engagements in Afghanistan Kabul if payment remains outstanding beyond thirty (30) days.
