GST Note: Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current Australian rate of 10% has been applied to all taxable Musician services as required by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for businesses operating in Australia Brisbane and the broader Queensland region.
Additional Note: The Musician confirms that all performances and compositions delivered under this Invoice comply with the relevant copyright and performance rights regulations administered by APRA AMCOS in Australia. The Client is responsible for any additional public performance licence fees if the recorded material is broadcast or streamed beyond the agreed scope.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Musician services rendered in Australia Brisbane. Payment is due in full by the stated due date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Late payments on this Invoice will incur interest at the rate of 2% per month (24% per annum) calculated from the due date until the balance is paid in full, in accordance with Australian commercial law.
3. The Musician reserves the right to suspend any ongoing services or withhold final deliverables (including sheet music, recordings, and digital files) until all outstanding amounts on this Invoice are settled.
4. All Musician services described in this Invoice were performed in Australia Brisbane, Queensland, and are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Queensland Small Claims Court or, where the amount exceeds the jurisdictional limit, the Supreme Court of Queensland, Brisbane.
6. The Musician warrants that all services were performed with reasonable skill and care, and that all compositions are original works free from third-party intellectual property claims.
