Invoice Notes & Musician Service Terms
This Invoice is issued by Daniel R. Whitmore, a registered professional Musician operating in Australia Melbourne, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Fair Trading Act (Vic). All services described above were performed in the capacity of a contracted Musician providing live performance, studio recording, composition, and ensemble direction services.
The Musician confirms that all original compositions and arrangements delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Musician unless a separate written licensing agreement is executed. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the recorded tracks and compositions for the specific event and promotional purposes outlined in the original engagement contract dated 18 May 2025.
All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Musician's professional fees. GST at the current Australian rate of 10% has been applied as required by the Australian Taxation Office for registered businesses operating in Australia Melbourne. The Musician is registered for GST under ABN 48 215 673 901.
Should the client require any additional Musician services beyond the scope of this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued with a minimum 48-hour notice period. All work performed under this engagement adheres to the Musician's standard terms and conditions, which are available upon request.
