Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers all Musician services rendered in Australia Sydney between 10 May 2025 and 30 May 2025. All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Musician’s professional expertise, artistic direction, and creative input.
The Musician confirms that all compositions and recordings delivered under this Invoice are original works, free from third-party intellectual property claims, and are licensed for the client’s commercial use as specified in the original service agreement dated 2 May 2025.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth). All amounts are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% as applicable in Australia Sydney.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 2% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Commercial Credit Act 1980 (NSW).
- The Musician reserves the right to suspend any ongoing services or withhold final deliverables (including master recordings, sheet music, and digital files) until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared.
- All Musician services described in this Invoice were performed in Australia Sydney, NSW, and are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the courts of Australia Sydney.
- The client acknowledges that the Musician’s performance, composition, and recording services constitute original artistic works protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Reproduction, distribution, or public performance of the delivered works beyond the scope of the licensed agreement requires separate written consent from the Musician.
- This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of future performance. Any additional Musician services requested after the completion of the engagements listed herein will be subject to a separate Invoice and quotation.
