Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment may be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the following account: Bank of Canada – RBC, Account: 004-2211-887, Transit: 00210, Branch: Vancouver Downtown. Alternatively, cheques may be made payable to "Alexander J. Morrison Musician Services" and mailed to the address listed above. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-0487 on all remittances. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance outstanding after the due date, in accordance with the terms of the service agreement executed on May 1, 2025.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements for taxable services rendered in the Province of British Columbia. The Musician, Alexander J. Morrison, is a registered GST/HST filer in Canada and all applicable taxes have been calculated at the current British Columbia rate of 5%. All musician services described herein were performed within the metropolitan area of Vancouver, Canada, unless otherwise noted in the line-item descriptions. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms outlined above. Should any questions arise regarding the services rendered, the musician is available for consultation during regular business hours at the studio address listed. This document constitutes the final and complete billing for all musician engagements completed during the period of June 1, 2025, through June 21, 2025, for the Canada Vancouver region. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts specified in this Invoice unless a written amendment is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
