Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) in Kinshasa, DR Congo. The Musician is registered as a self-employed professional under the simplified tax regime applicable in the city of Kinshasa.
2. Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank: BCC (Banque Commerciale du Congo), Account Name: Jean-Pierre Mbuyi Kasongo, Account Number: 0001-4567-8901-23, SWIFT: BCCOCDKK. Please reference Invoice Number INV-KIN-2025-0472 on all remittances.
3. The Musician confirms that all services listed on this Invoice were performed personally and in full compliance with the labor and cultural performance regulations of the Democratic Republic of Congo. No sub-contracted personnel were used without prior written consent from the client.
4. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date of 28 June 2025, as stipulated in the service agreement governing this engagement in DR Congo Kinshasa.
5. The Musician retains all intellectual property rights to the original compositions and arrangements created during this engagement. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recorded audio for archival and internal broadcast purposes within DR Congo for a period of five (5) years from the date of this Invoice.
6. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Musician services rendered for the "Rumba Heritage Live" project. No additional charges will be incurred unless a written amendment to the original contract is executed by both parties in Kinshasa.
