Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Please reference the Invoice number INV-ALX-2025-04782 in all payment communications. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025, in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the Musician and his ensemble in connection with the events and productions described above. All performances took place within the jurisdiction of Egypt Alexandria, and all applicable local entertainment permits and municipal approvals have been obtained and are on file with the Alexandria Governorate Cultural Affairs Office.
The Musician retains full moral rights to all original compositions created under this engagement. The client receives a limited, non-exclusive license for the specific uses outlined in Line Item 7. Any additional commercial exploitation, including but not limited to streaming platform distribution, television syndication beyond the initial broadcast, or use in advertising campaigns, will require a separate written agreement and additional licensing fees to be invoiced separately.
All audio recordings produced during the studio sessions (Line Item 3) are the joint intellectual property of the Musician and the client. Master files in WAV (24-bit/96kHz) and MP3 (320kbps) formats have been delivered via secure cloud link. The Musician warrants that all recordings are free from third-party claims and that all ensemble members have signed appropriate release and work-for-hire agreements.
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations and the Value Added Tax Law No. 67 of 2016. The 14% VAT applied is the standard rate for entertainment and cultural services in Egypt Alexandria. A VAT receipt can be provided upon request for the client's accounting records.
Should the client require any amendments, corrections, or a duplicate copy of this Invoice, please contact the Musician's office at the address listed above or via email. Disputes regarding the services or charges on this Invoice should be raised in writing within ten (10) business days of the Invoice date. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Alexandria Commercial Court in Egypt Alexandria.
