Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement signed on April 20, 2025, between the Musician (Omar El-Sayed Hassan) and Nile Horizon Entertainment Ltd. Payment of the full amount of 159,445.00 EGP is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date, i.e., no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the CIB account listed above. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. The Musician reserves the right to suspend further services if payment is not received within the stipulated period. All services rendered in Egypt Cairo are subject to the Egyptian Civil Code and the applicable tax regulations of the Egyptian Tax Authority.
Additional Notes & Remarks
This Invoice covers all Musician services performed during the month of May 2025 in Egypt Cairo. The following items are included at no additional charge:
- Standard soundcheck and stage setup for all live Musician performances in Egypt Cairo venues.
- One round of minor edits on the corporate film score (beyond the three paid revision rounds).
- Digital delivery of all audio files in WAV, AIFF, and MP3 formats within five business days of final approval.
- Musician's performance rights and licensing for the commissioned score are transferred to the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
Please note that any additional Musician requests, overtime beyond the contracted hours, or last-minute schedule changes in Egypt Cairo will be invoiced separately at the agreed hourly rate of 3,500 EGP per hour. The Musician confirms that all instruments and equipment used during the service period were properly maintained and insured. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. For any disputes regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Egypt Cairo before pursuing legal action.
